Did that interior spare tire cover came in later models? Is it because people couldn't figure out there was a tire back there?

Thanks for the comments guys. Totally agree with not being ticketed for having unopened beer in the trunk. And I actually did not think about using a garbage bag to hold the drinks and ice...lol
