It's not a matter of out running it..but would they actually use that to stop a car?? I mean I see police chases on the national News (that seem to happen in California all the time 
) and they always use their car to either tap the other car to flip 'em stop 'em or something.. If that was my cop car i wouldn't want to involve it in police chases like that!!
