Default Cusco cooling plate

Hey everbody- I know there are not many, (if any) pics out there of a Cusco plate cut to fit the Spoon snorkel. I figure I would post this if anybody needed a visual reference.

Overall all I am happy with the plate, my only concern is the plate dug in a cut my paint around my rubber hood stoppers a little. I guess it's because it's sharp cut aluminum being compressed by the radiator mounts. Installation was not that hard. The stock airguide was very annoying to get out, I actually just ripped it right out and all the little plastic screws poped out, unharmed..yay! I cut the plate with a dremel and put some finishing molding with a little black silcone to keep it snug to the plate. The molding is actually black vacum hose slit down one side, this works great if anyone is looking for a door trim alternative. And adjust your hood latch to the highest settings even before installing the plate, it will save you a lot of unsuccessful hood slams..lol

I've been wanting to do the same thing with cusco or carbing plate, just wasn't sure how it would turn out, but now I know it looks good. I also like the idea with the vaccum hose.

Looks good As for any hp gains, you'll notice the increase in performance when your "at speed"
