Custom AP1 16x10

I've been searching for a good half hour looking for this thread where a guy brought his AP1 OEM 16" wheel to be widened to 16x10. He then put slicks on them. I want to know where he got it done.

I don't think I'd ever go that route. Kinda funny how they are considered +92 offsets.
