If you look at the doors on SUVs they always have wedge shaped gaps in the door trim for this reason.

And I see that the CGT has this kind of door treatment w/out "wedge shaped gaps" --- but this is because they built the doors with the hinges where they should be -- right out at the outside edge.
You could do this too --- but it would involve fabricating new doors -- relocating the hinges and the catches -- plus most likely cutting up the quarter panel too...

hahaha how did you guess? lol that was the whole inspiration. The whole Kit is going to drastically change the look of the s2000. It would be safe to guess that the kit will look alot similar to that of the mirage with some of my own added flare or tastes.
