Got my wheels installed on monday and am really happy with the way they turned out. I had them painted with ghost chrome from ALSA corp. , which looks in person like raw aluminum with clear sprayed over it. All I need now is the decals for the spokes and I need to fabricate some centercaps that will clear the back hub center. Not too hip on the open center look, a bit tuner for my tastes.
I was planning on reusing my Neovas that I was running on my stock rims, but within 1 mile of leaving the installation shop, I heard the telltale sound of rubbing from the front and rear. Those Neovas run WIDE and have very square shoulders, plus I was using 225s in the front. One set of 215/245 Goodyear Eagle F1 GS03s later, my rubbing problems are fixed. Now I just have to get this credit card paid off so I can paint my ASM front...
