i like the idea, i think if you cut it back closer to being flush with the bumper or maybe 1/4" sticking cut with the same curve in it as the bumper it would look sick!!!!

I kind of dig it... Would look cool if it's on both sides too if anything.
I think it'd be proper if you ran or made a custom diffuser!
