The offsets on the CE28's is PERFECT. 50mm in the front and 63mm in the back. The fit is perfect.. I was running 18's with a 48 front and 60 rear and they were flush. These wheels sit in about 1/4" from the wheel well, so it's just right....

Also keep in my that the MF10's are CAST and the CE28's are forged... The CE28's are much lighter than the MF10's.

I chose the CE28's because the offset is perfect and they are very light, even lighter than the TE37's. Also you should see the bronze in the person. They are a lot darker than other bronze wheels, and look super bad. Go CE28's over the MF10's, you wont be dissappointed.

Chris, your car looks so clean. I absolutely luv the combo. Im still waiting for my set to arrive (down to a months wait now... lol)

I m getting 16's in gunmetal. I think with the 16's, im going to probably drop another 2 pounds of tire weight in addition to the four pounds of unsprung weight lost with your rims and tires.

I dont know how much a difference you feel in your steering response, but it should be incredible. Ever since i installed my brakes, i dropped 9 pounds off each side. With around 15 pounds total going to be dropped from each front wheel, i m really debating on removing the power steering. Since its electric can it be shut off just by pulling a fuse or something easy like that?

If it was only my choice, I would definitely go bronze. My wife objects to bronze (and white), but when we were in Saitama checking out the MF10's on the Mugen cars, she said they looked nice, so maybe I'll just chance it and get bronze. She'll like them once she sees them on the car

Absolutely dude. Cant go wrong with the bronze... The CE28's are a nice wheel, but the titanium silvers lack character on a silver car.. I think they would only look good in silver on a black or red S... Just my opinion though. I definately am pleased . I took my own pics and will post them here in just a sec...

So the difference between the Mugen MF10's and the Volk CE28N's are...

Slightly bigger rear wheel width on the Volks (8.5JJ to 9JJ)
The weights are close enough to not really make a difference.
Looks, and price. Looks are subjective, but aren't the Volks considerably
cheaper than the Mugen's?
Offsets both fit (Mugen +52mm/+59mm, Volks +50mm/+63mm)

I've heard that cleaning of the MF10's are a bitch, but the Volks are also
10 spoke and don't look any easier. Any input on that Chris?

Do the Mugen MF10's require hub rings like the Volks do?

Cleaning on the Volks wouldnt reallt be fair since they are so new and I've onlt washed them once. I dont think they're any harder than any other wheel to clean....

They are by far the easiest wheel to clean that I have had on my S2K. It is easier than the stock wheels and way easier than the Racing Hart M6s.

BTW, your wheels look awesome!!!
