The new lambo murcielago lp640 has one model with cross stitching for it's middle section of the seats and center console. Looks awesome. You'll notice the center console has extra padding added. I think if you're just adding the stitching without making it more padded, it looks a little weird.

Edit: Here's a Versace edition Lambo:

Sweet. BTW, there is padding below the stitching and it makes nice little diamond pillows. It's hard to tell in the pics though.

Cyclon36: First let me say I've been following your posts and REALLY like your work - if I had know about you earlier I would have had you do all my panels since your work is WAY superior to what my guy did for me in the 2-tone panels.

I do like the Diamond Stitch design a lot as the Gallardo is now doing this on their NERA edition models. But Frankly this doesn't quite go as nicely in an s2000 mainly because our cars are not "luxury" cars IMO....

But nevertheless I love that center console stitch - wow!

Would you need my entire center console to do that work? I'm thinking of a shift boot and some suede in the center console to match but just a straight division like you had done before.

Hey Rick,

No, I just need the elbow pad. It comes off of the center console with four screws if you have an AP2. If you have an AP1, then it's more complicated, you have to grind down the little plastic rivets. There are install instructions for an elbow pad on my website: www.jpmaccessories.com

I do get customers that send me the whole thing sometimes from an AP1. I usually don't charge for install or don't charge a lot to make sure that my stuff goes on right.

Don't each individual diamond need to be enclosed with puffed up with padding? Something like this on the Lambourghini Gallardo Nera.

It's funny that you should bring this up because I was just about email you about the possibility of creating this.

Are these panels going to be for sale? Maybe with red stitching?
