Car out of storage and starting to piece the interior back together... Decided to wrap the ebrake handle tonight while it was out for a boot install (coming this week supposedly). Came out pretty good.. Crappy phone pics camera battery dead... Installed pics coming soon!

Oh and I modded my radio door before wrapping...

To the OP, how do you remove the plastic part on the cent console? Do you have to remove the center console or an they be popped off?

They are screwed into the console. Console is just held in with clips so you can pull it right out of the car. Small panel is held in with 4 Phillips heads, the sliding cover is a bit more work. You need to pull off the elbow pad, separate the tray from the console then pull the slid tray out and pull the 6 tiny Phillip heads out and that panel comes out. Not overly hard to do and self explanatory when you are looking at it out of the car.

I don't think I could get a phone in there with a bigger screen unless the power comes in from the bottom of the phone. I have a Samsung Note II and the screen is bigger then my Droid X is in total... But the top trim above the phone is maybe a 1/4" thick at this point so you could only go down on the radio door, much further down and you will effect how it opens. So I guess I never put in a bigger phone!

I also did this a few weeks ago! Around the pods by the steering wheel and the radio door too.

Nice!

I toyed with the idea of doing bezel pods too, I just don't want to go to far... Real easy to do... I will be wrapping the door handle trim and door switch items this week... I will decide if I want to do more once I get the car out of storage and see the pieces I already wrapped in the car.
Thanks!

I tried the door handle trim but screwed up on it and ran out of the cf vinyl wrap..lol. It's a tricky piece, good luck with it.

Looks awesome, not usually a fan of cf stuff but now I want to wrap something. Probably should get some practice since I want to wrap a Tahoe sometime.

edit: I bought a little bit so I could mess with it. Do you glue the edges or is the adhesive tough enough to stay put?

I had to use some adhesive at the edges of the radio door. If you don't use it where needed, it won't come out exactly the way you want it. but for the center trim and the pods, those were pretty flat and easy to do. No adhesive needed on those parts.

I used adhesive promoter only on the ebrake handle because you actually handle that piece. Rest of what I wrapped I tucked around where possible. The promoter is nice but if I ever pull the wrap off for some reason it will be a pain to clean up!

It's here, so when I get a chance I'll do a few parts.
