Did you realize that the Veilside kit is a little too icky? The C-West kit is much better.

Yes the Gymkhana version of the bumper is really for race only. They made the bumper thin for weight savings (not much though). Driving it on the street is not recommended as it will crack.

Damn a bunch of newbies.

Let me clear some things up.

You can run both bumpers on the street with no problem. This has been discussed and I actually had the Cwest one 4 years ago. Both are nice pieces and are not that expensive so if you do get into an accident it will be easy to replace especially since CwestUSA just opened up. You need the rest of the kit to actually make it look nice. Cwest did wind tunnel testing on their bumpers too.

Regardless if its "so called not recommended" you can run it on the street. Its a bumper for christ sakes.
I have thinner fenders and hood.
