Thanks for the comments guys. I don't know about tinting the tails anymore, due to the fact that I got followed for 8 miles by a cop tonight (not too much fun).

I definitely plan on mulderizing soon, but wont smoke the sidemarkers. I am too much of a fan of amber.

And for anyone who wants to do the DIY here are some quick instructions and a list of required materials:

2 Cans Duplicolor Filler Primer
3-4 Cans Duplicolor High Gloss Black Engine Enamel
Few sheets of 400 grit sandpaper
Wax and Grease remover
3x5 Notecards
1" Masking Tape

Sand entire wheel with 400 grit sandpaper --> to ensure you have properly sanded the wheel place running water over the entire wheel and resand areas that bead up with water.

Slip 3x5 notecards in between the lip of the wheel and tire and tape each newly inserted card to other notecards --> this will make a dish around the wheel to prevent overspray on the tire. Make sure to 50/50 overlap the cards.

Primer the entire wheel and lightly sand with 400 grit --> again run water over the to make sure the water sheets off and doesnt bead up

Allow 10-15 minutes for primer to dry

Primer again and repeat sanding/water

Allow 10-15 minutes for primer to drive

Apply one semi light coat of engine enamel to wheel and allow 15 minutes to drive

Repeat above step except use a bit more paint, again allow 15 minutes

Apply a heavy wet coat to entire wheel ---> make sure to run the paint, but to thoroughly cover the entire wheel

Allow 3 hours for the paint to cure.

(After wheels have been spray be sure to lay them face up, not slanted or vertically. This will help prevent running on the face of the wheel)
