IDK, one turn is only what, 1/16 - 1/8 of an inch?

I doubt you would notice increased tire wear or a change in handling.

Granted, with only one turn you also won't see a big change in ride height.

Granted it's only 1/16th - 1/8th of an inch turn, you won't notice with the naked eye but there are changes to your alignment. There will be differences in tire wear. It won't be dramatic but there is a difference. I've been there and done it. I changed it almost the same amount you stated and when I took it to an alignment shop it threw the alignment off a little. Anytime you adjust your suspension you HAVE to get an alignment. I mean you can skimp out and not do it if you choose not to. Just a little food for thought. It's the op car and he can do whatever he please to do. Good luck!
