That is from Company Gears from Japan.

They only made very limited amount of wheels, so you may not be able to get your hands on as of now. It is pretty expensive.
They have new wheels called Outeredge, pretty wild looking wheel and not for everyone's taste like the one above.

If you go to racinghart.com there's a pic of the M6 in 3 piece which look very similar to that wheel.

What Randy said, Gears had a very limited run of those rims produced when the S2000 first came out. I believe it was 20 sets total. They weren't cheap, I believe around $2400 for the set. They weighed around 15~17bs each. They are no longer available. The last set was sold earlier this year.

Evo is right. They are very similar. DOn't know how much they weigh though.
