Good job on getting rid of the rust, didn't know you had the skills!!!
In anycase, my K20a2 swapped DC4 gets me 32 mpg with regular daily driving....on days where I'm really conscious about getting on the gas, I get 34 mpg easily.
BTW, if you're not going to do a swap, than at least get it painted Spa yellow to match your weekend car. Hey, my Integra went from silver to orange to lipstick red to stripped and is now sitting in beautiful Berlina black.

I love it! Especially the interior. You must be able to take every corner flat out-- partly because it handles well (light, coilovers, short wheelbase), partly because it doesn't go fast enough!! lol
Do you have a rear sway bar? That is a must.
Would a CF duckbill be too bling? I guess you don't want to call too much attention to it, but those do look sweet.
