If that thing is running, it's definitely fast. I actually think it's a pretty cool swap. I'm not a fan of the wheels, body kit, dash(in the hatch), and stickers but I do give the guy props for doing the swap. It seems like everyone is doing the K20 swap nowadays but it's cool to see something a little different, especially going from FWD to RWD.

I saw that car on some post on another board a year or so ago. The car looks like crap despite the interesting engine swap. Totally not worth the trouble when there are so many other Honda engine swaps (B-series, H-series, K-series) that pretty much bolt into the EG Civics chassis for them to haul ass.
