Well here's a sequence of pics that caught a great drift during one of my autox's. I never hit one cone through the drift, it was awesome

yeah it was at a SCCA autox, not breaking rules or anything, I was just coming in too hot around the corner and the drift happened.

Looked fun. Thats a nice parking lot. Most autoXs I've been to here are on parking lots where the pavement isn't flat and flushed like what is shown in the picture. Any drifting on them would eat up tires so quickly, however it's ideal for traction and autox times though.

yeah that's what's great about our site, that the tires do not take that much of a beating. I usually can get about 6-7k out of my rear tires when racing there each month, and that's with probably 10-15 runs each month too since we have sat. as a practice/free run day and sunday our race day with 6 runs then.


edit: this is on s02's also paired with pretty aggressive driving everyday
