he's doing donuts in an intersection of a public street!
if he were to do this in front of my house, i'd call the police then give him a piece of my mind until they got there.
thats just stupidity. and you wonder why the police are up our asses when we modify our cars..

hehe It looks like a parking lot to me....and if it is a street doesnt look like there are others cars around for him to hit or hurt anyone! Donut away! Besides the noise factor i fail to see why anyone would care what happens on a STREEEEET!

A nice little little show... But like some of the other memebers. I would have to agree that a public street is not the right place to do something like that. Although it may have been clear and everything, its just unsafe if another car would pull up or even get into some trouble with the police. I say if you do something like that take it off the street.
