Hell no... but it sure looked like it. I was driving North 880 in Oakland when I saw this tool from behind. Talk about serious road hazard! His car is soooooo misaligned it's hilarious how he can still drive it!!! Looks just like he's drifting!!!

That condition is known as "dogwalking". I see alotta that here in Mississippi and theres usually a "Git R Done" or Nascar sticker on the vehicle too.
