i dont know what the % is on the tint....the windows were tinted by the previous owner

the rears are 17x7.5 +40. i bought the pair of rears for $390

its actually $5400 cheaper, lol, it was $1100 for 6 J-Mags, 4 16x7's and 2 17x7.5
