The button for us was right near the cup holder on the centre console on the passenger side (drivers side to you guys). Anyone who put their arm on the centre console just hit the button by accident, no fault of their own.

haha, not realy sure... i think theyre made to de-ice the snow or any frost on the headlights...

i just got them coz i liked how they looked not sure how often id really be using it here in seattle... but they are functional incase i needed to use...
