Yep. My last S was -3.2 up front with stock upper ball joints and rolled tabs with no interference. My current S has SPC uppers with -3.5 and no issues with just rolled tabs.

 

I have those same wheels on the front of my car. with -2.0 camber they were fine for the most part with just the tabs rolled. it did rub a couple times while going into driveways though. i ended up rolling the fenders just to be safe.
