Default Enkei TSP6

Hey all,

Yesterday, my buddy wanted to go and mess around with his camera during the last nice afternoon Oregon is gonna see for a while lol. He forgot his tripod, so we ran out of light quick and couldn't use his long exposure lens. We might try to go back out Sunday if there is a break in the rain!

The wheels are Enkei TSP6, 17x9 +45 with 255/40/17 Conti DWS. I wanted to go with something a little different.

Enjoy!

Wheels aren't bad looking at all. Why did you go with those tires, though?

I actually heard some pretty good things about those tires; sure it will never perform like some extreme summer sport tires, but im sure they are good all weathers!

Thanks guys!

I've had a good experience with them. I have them currently on my stock set. They grip quite well.

Is there a different tire you'd recommend for a year round driver? I will be buying some AD08's for the summer.

MartyS, I haven't had any rubbing yet! I do need to get an alignment to dial in the settings I'd like, so there might be slightly more camber up front in the near future.

Also, I'm only dropped 1.25".

Looks great!

I bought my car with extreme contacts on it, not a bad tire at all. Quiet too.

I've had great luck with BFGoodrich Gforce Sport Comp-2's. They're excellent in the rain (a must around here) grip really well for a 320 TW tire, and last a while. My current set has over 17k on it. Took the car to the Dragon with these tires and had zero issues.

I had a set of DWS tires on my s when I bought it. I have to say that they are a really decent tire. They don't exactly grip to well in the dry, but, when you consider how well these tires perform in the rain and even the snow, it makes for a fantastic tire.
