my friend just had his evo vii painted and wanted to snap a few shots. unfortunately i was battling horrid lighting conditions and did the best i could with white balancing, flash, etc.

quick back info on the evo vii. the previous owner equipped the car with a widebody because it was a show car. being unpleased with its appearance, he started sourcing out oem parts. he's having a hard time sourcing everything but he's slowly bringing it back to oem.

Nice, but is there something missing on the EVO's bumper? It doesn't seem to line up, I think it needs to sit a little lower.

 

yup. he's missing the lip and the cut out inserts. he's having trouble finding them

Ehhhhh...not a big fan of anything on the EVO. Too much of a mix of rapper and rally. Wheels look too big, needs a drop real bad....the front bumper looks like a dude missing his lower jaw/chin.

S2000 looks good, tho.

the evo is still a work in progress but it's coming a long little by little. i trust he'll make the right choices. this was his wrx before

 

i like the suby!!! I bet the evo will come out nice once he gets the lower half to the bumper. I can imagine it must be hard finding a good price for the lower half also
