Default EVO X license plate bracket on S2000

Picked up a Mitsubishi Evo X front license plate bracket from a buddy. Its almost the EXACT same curve fort the AP2 front bumper. The only set back was drilling 3 holes with plastic anchors to hold the bracket up. I did it because the entire bumper and front lip need a respray one day. Plus i was also sick and tired of getting pulled over for not having front plate, even though it looks so much cleaner without one. I love it. Oh and my vanity plates finally came in a few weeks ago. Car also has 17mm and 22mm spacers in a few pics. Hope you guys like it!!!

Here a few more random pics from before the bracket and vanity plates. Enjoy.

Looks good! I actually bought one of those brake lights a while back to go with my diffuser but cannot convince myself to install it. I wanted that Formula 1 feel, but am afraid it will look goofy.

Looks good on your car!

Your S looks great man... simple and clean . Sucks you've gotten so much trouble for no front plate, ridiculous. If you have to do it though, your setup is the best way imo.

Thanks guys. And that light on it now, is that really cheap one thats all over JDMTOY, ebay, amazon. Its really cheaply made. I paid $12 for it. The only good thing about the light, other than the F1 "look", is it has 3 wires. Parking light, Stop light, and ground. I just bought a new light that I will mount in a few weeks. I picked it up locally from a auto parts store. Its a universal truck LED light. I had to screw 2 L brackets to the new one, and the only draw back to the new light is, it is a 2 wire light. Meaning ONLY stop or ONLY parking light. I will most likely opt for the JDM 370z or JDM GTR rear fog/4th brake light in the summer. I also didn't want the tow hook bracket because I feel that it sits a bit too high. I like it though, looks clean and OEM. And yeah man, NJ police are annoying with this front plate thing. Here's some random pictures of my old "street sweeper."

IMO it looks better when it's in the bumper grille. It doesn't stick out like a sore thumb.
