If you read the report that is NO report of them street racing!!!!!! And the driver of the ferreri wasn't drinking.. It was a driver of the porsche that ran away from the scene that was drinking.. They are still testing to see if the driver of the ferreri was drinking, it takes longer cause he is dead.
