finally got mine!
thanks for the compliments, im in no rush to mod the thing though.
one of the main factors for getting this car was that it is amazing out of the box, already great power, handling, looks, etc.
unlike any other car ive owned, im actually happy/proud to drive this thing STOCK. unheard of for me, but thats just how amazing the s2k really is.
i've already ordered a set of tires for the rear, and plan to buy a helmet locally asap :-)
next on the list is some extra sets of pads/rotors ;-) that should be all i need for awhile.
as soon as i have a healthy amount of play money saved up again, im going with gc/koni's. after that maybe some wheels and a really good catback, but thats about all i care about.
i don't want to put any unnecessary junk on this car, or go all out on it and totally change the characteristics of the car.
as far as the gf is concerned, i didnt think to take a pic of her in it, but here is a pick of us after taking the s2k on its initial highway 17/santa cruz voyage. the s2k definitely helped with bringing these rediculous smiles to our faces:

Congrats! You got the right color and interior as well
I'm with you on the no rush to mod. It's such a great package out of the box that there's no reason to rush past that experience. Only thing I've done in the last two weeks is OEM front and rear spoiler.

in addition to the lips/spoilers like you mentioned, im thinking of eventually getting some ap2 wheels for the street and just put some r comp tires on the wheels i have now.
ok enough bench modding for me today, that shit gets real lame real quick, thanks again to everyone for at least humoring my enthusiasm!
time to go drive the car now
