They still emit a yellowish hue but a definite improvement over the plain bulbs..

yeah, if you look closely at mine, you can see alittle orange hue too!

Hey Ray, they are the Polarg G series. They just came out with these bulbs a few weeks ago. Bought them in little Tokyo in a shop called Giga Gifts. It's inside the Mitsuwa plaza building (formerly Yaohan plaza).

Eyescream, it's what happens when you wash your car every week, and sometimes twice each weekend...

Should have just sprayed your orange bulbs (turn signal) silver. As long as it is not the driving light, it is fine.

 

I thought about spraying the orange bulbs silver, but I liked the appearance of these bulbs better as the silver paint could never achieve the mirror look. Plus the time it would take to dry the paint before reinstallation of the bulbs did not make it very attractive to me. Different strokes for different folks I guess..
