It looks and sounds like a new company (take a look at the second pic, and you'll clearly see their logos on the car)...but I can't help but think they're making a play on the Japanese company's name, ARC. I guess you're thinking the same thing I was... Reminds of those Volk copies that were going around:

Anyways, that's a cool looking exhaust, but if anything I'm willing to bet it's an Invidia exhaust without the nameplate. That wouldn't be surprising, since Skunk2 did the same thing with the Invidia...I also remember reading on here that the Invidia exhaust is good for 2-3 horses...which is a good thing...
