Default Fly By's in the rain

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VXgPcepGawU

Finally got an exhaust for this thing, and I've been wanting to see how the Direzza ZII perform during spirited driving in the rain, so we went and shot some video.

Exhaust is Invidia Single catback, and no, I wasn't just going blind into corners, we had walkie talkie's and had designated signals for if a car was coming

Looks good and looks very in control. Despite what people condone/don't condone, pretty good driving.

How do you like the zii's?

I love them! The dry performance in warm(ish) weather is...phenomenal, especially in the high speed bits. Any fast corner (60 +) just blows your mind, you think surely they cant keep gripping, but they do. At low speeds they impressed me as well, but it's a good idea to get them up to a decent temp before getting spirited because the car likes to understeer when the fronts are cold. What most surprised me about them is the wet performance. Very high grip levels in areas that I would think "surely i'm going to get oversteer/understeer here". Maybe my expectations were low but they definitely are satisfactory in the wet.

Cons: They are pretty quiet under load, so you cant quite judge what the tire is about to do audibly, which leads to my next point. Once you reach the limit of grip, they don't always give you a sign that they are about to go, so you have to be on your toes and be ready to react accordingly.

It's a great tire and honestly you just can't explore their full potential on the street because they let you go too fast to be reasonable. I cant wait to test them on the track after the new year to see how they are once they get some cycles through them.

Great stuff! Love driving in the rain and love the extra noise that comes with in.
