Well I initially installed this by replacing one of the stock bolts and bolting it right in.

Well I don't know about the 03 and below but for the 04 and above the mounting point is too high. It didn't look the way I wanted so I teared everything apart today and "re-installed" everything.

I didn't take the license plate off cause that's how I have it...
I dremeled the front grill and left the factory border on the grill....

I did have to drill but lucky I was able to still use the spearco mounts.
