you paid money for this? yuck.
Lol. No actually I do all the work myself. To each their own though!
Thats awesome that you did the work yourself, makes it even more impressive, i dont like the color myself tho...

I feel like a nice flat silver woulda been hot...

Doin your thing tho, keep it up.

For some reason seeing the engine bay that empty weirds me out a little even though thats what so special about our cars engine bay, but i think with a nice turbo it would be even more bad ass.

Yes my car is only touched by ME. I am VERY particular about who touches my car, the only part of the car I will not deal with is the internals of the engine. I do all the shaving, welding, painting, electrical, and fitting.
My trunk set-up is the exact same purple along with my lug nuts and calipers, so I wanted it all to match. But the other reason I couldnt go silver is because that's the original colour! The back end is wrapped in black so the engine bay looked silly silver.

I would shoot in RAW mode but our new camera is the new Powershot SX40 HS and does not have RAW. We didn't want to go as far as changing lenses and such.
Thanx for all the comments though!

Nastiest sh--t on s2ki, pink engine bay? Unpainted carbon? saying ALOT instead of A LOT, WhaT???

Just kidding. If anyone says that to you? SLAP THEM IN THE FACE. You have done a faboulous job, and it is your car and as long as you like it, whether you drive it hard or not, it's all that matters. Great job with the engine bay, different than others for sure.

AND MAN OHH MAN, I love that carpeted garage buddy, but it would never be for me since I wont be able to work on my car then . Props to you bro.

Ahahaha yea I love haters. It only makes me want to do more. One thing I am not is a bandwagon jumper, I will always do my own thing.

See that's the good thing about my carpet, it's outdoor carpet! So I can hose it down if I make a mess! I mean I painted my engine bay in the garage. I did it mostly because in the winter when it's parked it keeps it very warm and awesome to work on since I can lay on the ground in my pyjamas lol.

Ahaha yea I will have a lounge chair in there in a month or so. Since I do all the work I like treating it like it's an exotic Lol.
I did get a new header, I couldnt keep the original OEM one on there with a super clean engine bay.
