i dont get it, is ghost rider posing as a cop or something? theres the siren but it goes in and out

I have the whole video (it's availabe on mininova.org) - Ghost Rider is some european guy who takes his turbo'd GSX-R and street races cops - and does time attacks between cities, in traffic...etc... at 160mph

according to the video, the guy in the M Coupe is a "famous" professional driver (rally cars maybe), and Ghost Rider had challenged him to a race... the idea is that the M driver didn't know it was Ghost Rider that was the cop...

How he got the cop bike...?!

THe race is sick!! Wonder if the M is supercharged....
