Originally I wanted prodrive PFF7 gold. But due to picture lighting, monitor settings, personal peference and swatch book picking, they came out like that. The powdercoating is excellent. But the color that resulted rubbed me the wrong way. First looks gives you a "wow" sensation but after staring at it longer, it makes you sick. We "test" fitted on my GPW and looked through our peripheral vision. It just didn't work for me.

Sigh, the money I spent on these, I could've gotten aftermarkets but I'm bent on making GPW/gold Ap2's work.

 

I actually thought they looked excellent, but I can see your point. Perhaps a darker-bronze?
