A quote from Mike B at the Comptech site ...

We are working on an upgrade to the s/c kit. It will include an aftercooler, retuned FPR, and possibly a higher boost pulley. This upgrade is still under development.

Thanks to everyone for their comments. We have all been awaiting the release of the Vortech kit and from what it looks like, it was worth the wait. However I will refrain from commenting until the first time I drive my car again.

A side note to those who are receiving their Vortech soon. Might want to think about investing into some drivetrain components. Just my 2 cents.

More work will be done tomorrow, the Evo guys have my car, a turbo prelude, a turbo MONSTER hatch and a GSR swap that needs to be worked on at the same time.

Gentleman, the only thing i can say is "WOW" I had the honor of going down to Vortech today and personally meeting Trevor. He also was kind enough to give me a tour of the place and show me what they actually do. I dont think there was a big enough mop to sweep up my drool. These guys are serious. Everything is done in house with nothing spared. Which is why it took so long for the release of the their kit. They made sure everything is right. Research and development is the name of their game.
I believe he also told me that they have the only supercharger dyno in the world in addition to three other dynos they have at their facility.
The kit is entirely complete. Everything you need to safely run 7- 8 pounds of boost is supplied. There is a heat exchanger that is mounted in front of the car to continuosly cool the water. A piggy-back electronic system is also included that keeps everything under control. I know what i m buyin myself for my birthday

Thanks again Trevor... Its fun feeling like a kid in a toy factory!

Let us know if any tuning/adjustments were required once the kit is installed/dynoed? Good luck with your install and keep us updated....
