Maybe a bit late here but anyway...

What rails do you use to fit those Recaro so nice as it appears and they seem plug and play ones without any other extra work, right?

Can you still slide the seat?

How much do these rails and brackets down the seat position?

he used Mugen rails to make those fit nicely and he can slide the seats.

when you said mugen rails, is also the side brackets to? or these last ones came separatly..if so, what brand are those?

And about lower the driving position, anyone know how much these low?

They're actually just Pole Positions which retail for almost $300 less than the SPG. The SPG are smaller and rub on the passenger side with Mugen rails. The only way to make the pole positions not rub is to shift them closer to the center of the car which will block the glove box.
