Default got a top for the S

3 months shy of owning the car a year, I finally purchased a 'real' mod for the car.

I understand it's not really for everyone, but I love it to death. Blah blah blah for not having the real spoon. And blah blah blah for being stock and not having something to set the top off or whatever. I love it and that's all that matters to me. Plus Ken honored a great deal for such a long time that it took me to actually purchase the top. don't worry, i do wanna get a whole lot more parts for it..

thanks to Ken at Shine for honoring that deal after such a long time. Thanks to Joshiroku for the install. We'll be pulling the soft top tomorrow morning.
Initially i wanted to paint match it but...ehhh, i love the black.

Thanks for looking!

I'm not a fan of the spoon or shine top at all, but I like it on yellow for some reason.

Nice R32, too.

i'd love to paint it but there's a gap in the front..and i'm afraid if i paint it it's gonna be REALLY noticable. and i'm picky..

down the line most likely, but for now it's gonna have to do in black. and i'll def 'drop' it. but this car is my daily/go car. even after almost a year of tracking/autocrossing the car i still love the stock suspension but i'm aching for adjustable and same size all around wheels!

btw the r32 is my friends that helped me put the top on. he's actually an ex-ap1 owner! i believe he was on this forum

Nice, hardtop itself looks good. A drop and a front lip will make the overall stance much nicer

I like it, the spoon top is one that you love to hate, i'm actually a big fan, but for it to look right you have to have some kinda other mods like at least lowered with wheels, maybe a rear defuser, and deffiantly a lip. i want one though, its sets you apart

Top looks good.

Nothing wrong with the black on yellow combo, but you should really spray it (even if you just paint it black). Unpainted it really looks unfinished and you'll just look like one of those fools that bought an aftermarket body kit and realized they had no money left for paint but couldn't hold their load long enough to save up for paint before putting it on

As for what you do first / what other mods you "need" to pull off the top. Whatever floats your boat, it's your car
