Default GPS

Hi guys,
I just invested in a GPS, I used the cell phone version that Verizon, were offering and noticed it to be just too costly. So, I bought myself a Germin C330, my question is: How did you mount yours? since mounting it on the windshield (Windscreen) is illegal in California, which I also just found out after I bought it.

Please post your pictures!

I just posted a thread on this yesterday - it's a garmin nuvi 360. I'm using modifry's mount and a modified civic gps harness:

I use the mount from ProClip that placed the GPS between the shifter and my right leg. I find it to be perfect as I don't have to reach to change the setting/entering address. You can find some pictures here:

mount mine on the glass (yup- been doing it for a coupla years in calif)...
use the same one in all of my cars. two of my cars do not have tops and glass mounted is the only way i can see the screen (cause i can tilt it if its not perm mount).
mine might be the same one that you have but just an older version...

Now, this looks promising.

Just like BC, I love my modifry mount and my Nuvi 660. I went a step further though, and modifry'd my modifry.

I wrapped mine in black and blue leather, to match the rest of my black and blue interior. Since my Nuvi is mounted 99% of the time (looking exactly the same as BC's), I guess it was pretty much a waste of time to do - oh well.

Sorry for the crappy pic - I took it at night...

(Wow - i really need to detail my radio lid - didn't notice the fingerprints / blemishes on it until just now )

But it's a clean install.
