I think a member said that these wheels are getting whored like a mofo. I believe that to be true. Since TireRack has had them ppl have been buying them all. Sucks how so many ppl got them. I would like them to be rare as they were before TireRack carried them but its not gonna happen. Still the best wheels I have seen, thats why i got a set of my own 
. I guess it cant be so bad, alota ppl got Volks too. Awesome wheels on an awesome car

Thats part (not all, but part) of the reason I went with the WORK Meister's. The price of admission and aquiring them is higher, look is similair...but you know which ones I like better. More people have VOLKS though then the SSR's, so you're still ok!

Car looks good, I like the rims . True, these wheels do seem to be all over the boad lately, but how many of these have you actually seen in person on a S2K. Probably not to many, so I don't mind if wheels are somewhat played out on a forum because you hardly ever see them in person.

Yea not so many ppl got these wheels, only like 3-4 i know of around here but you hardly see em around town so its all good. I noticed that you had the SSR sticker so your is more JDMish than mine 
. I like that hehe. About the wheels being 2 peice forged, it isnt. In a thread while back about these wheels, Jim@TireRack concluded that
"The Professor wheels are not forged from US or JPM. They are a cast wheel with a polished and annodized lip. They are not clear coated so you need to be very carefull with the finish of the wheels. The wheel we sell is the exact wheel that is sold in Japan. The advantage of the wheel from us is they are hub centric and they have a center cap. The Professor does not come forged no matter where you get them."
