So me and my friend Kris had a productive weekend.
I swapped in my FA coils for HKS coils and Kris bought my FA coils, so we installed everything at the same time

The last part we needed to do was mount my old tires from my Advans onto his brand new RPF1 and get his fenders pulled.

So the suspension set-up before your coils was OEM struts and Tein lowering springs, it looks like?

Kinda curious what the ride is like?

 

yeah they look good and it has a slightly bigger lip compared to 17x9 +45

No, that was my friend's suspension. Mine old set up were Fortune Auto 500, which he bought.
The drop is minimal, you have about a 2 finger gap between tires and fenders (1.75")
The ride is similar to OEM, didn't really feel much of a difference. Maybe slightly less body roll. He didn't have those springs on for very long. Less than 2000 miles

How much was the drop with the HKS that you installed. And did you get the GT or SP? Thanks in advance

 

I got neither of those, I bought used HKS Hipermax Sport 3.
They are adjustable height, so you can drop it however low they can go, but for the recommended specs, I am about a 0.75in gap between my tires and fenders.
