I am sure alot of people have seen this particular kit before, but I saw it on EBay and thought I would try and get some input on it...In my opinion, it is different to say the least...I think the front bumper looks decent, but I am not too crazy about the rear bumper...What do you guys think?

It's cheap because it's a replica of the C-West kit. It's probably made out of very bad quality fiberglass. The real C-west front bumper cost more than what they're asking for the whole kit.
