Getting on my dick again? If I don't like something, I'll say it and point out what I don't like. I have given plenty of positive comments on tastefully modded s2ks in gallery recently, but this one just doesn't look that great to me.

What do you expect me to do btw? Copy you, pretend to be a nice guy, and say "Nice pictures OP!" when you actually think otherwise?

What im trying to say is....5 years ago or so....most members would have just kept their negative comments to themselves instead of bashing each others tastes/mods.

Stupidest shit I've ever heard. So whenever there's a thread with pictures that aren't pleasing to everyone's eyes, those who don't like the mods can't voice their opinions? OP posted pictures for comments, and I doubt he was expecting every single person to be positive. If he does not want any neg comments in his thread, he could mention like the other NFR owner with INGS kit did in the other thread. I didn't simply say the car is nasty without any reason. I let OP know why I don't like the look and he can either give a fck or don't.

From my experience, threads only turn nasty when someone randomly bashes on the car without any reason, or OP takes the neg comments too personally and starts raging.

I've posted pictures of my S before and have received negative comments, but I honestly didn't mind because the people let me know which parts they disliked. And really if I had never received any negative comments, my car right now probably sits a lot ricer looking.

What 5 years ago? Dig up the threads from 5 years ago and there were plenty of negative comments. You didn't see AS MANY negative comments 5 years ago because there were a lot less owners back then and the age of the owners were prob a lot older with little chance of someone tinting their HEADlight, NOT BECAUSE people simply kept their neg comments to themselves. Naturally you'll see more neg comments on this forum as the car becomes more affordable to younger generation with a lot more chance that the cars being modded in a way that aren't exactly great looking to everyone. Are you dumb enough to not see this? Visit Lotustalk in 5 years and you'll know what I'm saying.

To cpl_allen, walking on the street example is pretty dumb don't you think? When you post your pictures on a forum, you expect people's opinions. Do you live in a world where people on the streets come at you and ask you for your opinions on how they dress? Totally different concept. Thanks.

You just need to stfu Kenny that's all I'm saying. I just find it funny you didn't quote millions of other nasty remarks and bashings in gallery section, but decided to quote mine, which is more like my personal opinion instead of bashing.

 

^^^ i cant disagree too much. as the price of the S drops, were gonna get a lot of poor people owning and modding them. its pretty upsetting.

I agree too, giving an opinion is good. Negative, can sometimes be helpful. I know, Vik knows and others know too, that i doesnt look very good with that setup. I mean S2ks arent civics, so they should be respected. I believe thats what Vik wanted to say too.
