To get them apart, what temp do you bake them at and how long? Also, how did you reseal them?

225 for about 12 minutes. To reseal, I put them back together, heated, squeezed, heated, squeezed. Heat is your friend when dealing with them.

So you didn't have to use any type of new sealant to reseal? Any problems with leaking at all?

Here is what I went by basically:
http://www.ricks2k.com/info/instructions/diffuser.pdf

I assume Ricks makes it sound tough so you'll send it to a "headlight clearing specialist"

A good tip that differs from the instructions above is to take the headlights out before unattaching any electrical connections.

Also, I didn't take any of the HID balast stuff off.

It really is an easy procedure and when you're done you'll be happy it's done and be proud that you did it.

Nope, no extra sealent used. I read somewhere on here (search is useless) that there was a guy that has done "hundreds" without adding sealent with no problems. There seems to be enough on there that if you get them nicely fit back together you shouldn't have to worry. Also there was some monsoon rain here a few days ago, and no leaks or fogging occured.

After mine were resealed, RTV silicone was run around the seam to make sure that they didn't leak.
