It would have to depend on your setup. Black can pull off either one. I might be biased, but I like the clear look. Well, at least for my Suzuka it looks better cleared with Rick's clear sidemarkers. I didn't really get a chance to see how the amber looks on my Suzuka, as I bought the car being cleared already.
