It looks just like the one below. They come in a variety of color outputs, make sure you get the "daylight" set. The four pack of them was $10 and they last for about 10,000 hours.

lol, Ive been using them for years all in the house, just be sure to use soft white inside

They honestly save you a lot of cash over a year, i was happy i made the switch!

I have been considering swapping them out for my interior lights but have a question for you. I have vaulted ceilings and I use a suction cup now to replace my bulbs. Do they make any tool that can grab these new compact fluorescents from an extension pole?

wow, ya that sucks but is nice, Your best to ask someone at your local hardware store. Im sure they have something for your needs.
