..kinda sounds like a J32 with an open j-pipe.

 

im pretty sure that front bumper was taken off because its too low and the guy would probably crack the bumper if he had it riding around like that. if he took all those decals off the car would look sick. i think there is a picture of it on another thread with the bumper on at HIN i think.
