Default HOLY SH..........

So I just sold my C-west skirts to azess2kay (thanks man ) and was on my way to FedEx to ship them....

Passed a couple of Gallardos (what's new)
an R8 (nice but again -- seen enough of them)
plus a GT-R (guess you don't see TOO many of those..),
At least a couple 360s (what do they give those out as door prizes or something?)

and of course more Porsche than I could shake a stick at....

oh a DB8 too....

*
*
*
*
So I'm just thinking --- Another day in my recently gentrified hood.

*
*
*
*
*
Then I pull into FedEx ---

*
*
*
*

Then I see this....

look at that motor
there's no barrier between you and that beast.. literally in the back seat.

Damn....

A 1969 DeTomaso Mangusta....

here is an internet grab to show how you get at that crazy hunk of steel

I got kinda excited and looked them up on the mangusta registry.

There are 4 for sale in the US right now... starting at 95,000 and going up to 175,000.

guess I better start saving

for real. The cars you listed are pretty badass and then you post that hunk of rusted steel for us to faint at or something. no offense but wayyy too much build up. imo.

DeTomasos are awesome. They show up at local Cars and Coffee regularly but I still get excited when I see them .

I'm guessing this is the older brother of the Panthera.

My neighbor has a bad ass Pathera. Fully built motor, custom suspension... Its even crazier because he's paralyzed from the waist down, so the car is driven with hand controls, and its a manual.
