Usually I would want to puke, but that is just funny. 
Aren't most modified Civics trying to be something they are not? There are some good ones, but my basis of judgement is from what I see in my neck of the woods: Lowered, altezzas, a muffler, and big wheels. Which in the kids minds here means you run a 10-second quarter-mile.
I have only seen one, maybe two that use the JDM-theme and pull it off. The one I beat in a race by 4-car lengths and I was only shifting into 4th gear.
