The HONDA S800

I briefly looked into fitting an F20C/F22C drivetrain into one of these cars, and from my calculations, it just won't fit.
The S2K drivetrain is at least 2 times the size of the stock drivetrain, and the original engine in these cars sit at a 45 degree angle, were as the F20C sit's upright for the most part. So the firewall would have to be notched, and the hood would have to be cut for clearance.
The F20C tranny is about twice the size of the S600/S800 tranny in both bulk, and lenght, so the tranny tunnel would have to widened; and given the limited amount of cabin room as it is, you'd loose a lot of driver space.
So assuming you could stuff the engine/tranny in there, then you'd have the problem of transferring that power to the wheels. Surely the stock S6/800 rear differential could not handle all the power, so you'd have to custom make a rear diff. or use the S2K rear end, but it will not fit, because it's longer/wider than the entire rear end of these cars.
I think the more appropriate engine swap would be that of the new turbo charged Honda wave runners, the F12X. Supposidly the engine in these wave runners are a mini F20C (hence why they call it the F12X).
You can't really comprehend how truly small these cars are until you see one up close, but for a quick reference, here is one being loaded into the back of a Chevy truck bed:
