i have seen some pics of S with their plates mounted below the default location, sorry i forgot their links.

awWhHDayUm, i see you got the c-west bumper. where do you mount your plates. any close-up pics appreciated

 

it's not mounted, it's not on the bumper. if I were to mount it I'd just lay it flat with double sided tape in the back on the bottom lip section of the bumper.
